Back to school post-holiday, an occasion to fulfill the purposes of the new year
The Christmas holidays are coming to an end. Many have been the days of leisure that have enjoyed small and older, but you have to go thinking about dismissing these days to return to the obligations and rejoin the routines. A task that may seem very difficult for the little ones but that can certainly serve to fulfill the purposes of the new year.
From the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, AEP, remember several routines that must be reincorporated to the day to day of the smallest and that can serve to incorporate healthier habits of life in children. A way to meet the objectives proposed for the start of the new year that always seek to improve the quality of those who propose them.
Routines to resume and improve
- Breakfast: energy for the return to school after Christmas
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In addition to improving performance at school, it helps maintain an adequate weight. Back to school after Christmas can serve to improve the quality of this menu and include the recommended foods for it: cereals, fruit and dairy.
