More than 41% of Spanish university students consider themselves overqualified for their jobs
Training is very important to exercise a job. During many educational stages, workers acquire knowledge so that once they are immersed in the labor market, they can be efficient in their jobs. But is the education that students receive for this purpose good? According to a new survey, carried out by the European Foundation Society and Education, university students think so.
In fact, they not only value education as good, but also consider themselves overqualified for the position play. That is, the university students who find work related to the career they studied, believe that they are not developing a position according to their learning.
