Spring: 4 basic habits to take care of our body

The spring it's here. But in what way does this station influence our organism? The simple fact of enjoying good weather, more hours of light and the possibility of doing more outdoor activities contribute positively in our mood. However, it can also lead to what is known as spring asthenia.

Another of the most common problems in this season of the year are the feared allergies that affect more people each year. However, spring also has very positive effects on the health of people since the fact of being able to consume more sun (always under adequate protection) provides the body with vitamin D essential for mineralization of bones or teeth, in addition to other multiple benefits.

Each season requires specific care. In winter it is essential to protect the hands, feet and lips from the cold, in summer we must pay special attention to the incidence of the sun's rays on our skin ... and in spring the body should also prepare for the season.

1. Change the diet to a healthier one, rich in fruits and vegetables. Purifying our body after winter with a spring diet is important.
