To know how to use these materials well, the Professional College of Community Physiotherapists Madrid has launched a series of recommendations so that we do not suffer pain or injury due to malpractice when wearing shoes or shoes.

Alternate every day the shoe model prevents injuries

Not only do you have to use a footwear comfortable and watch that it stays in good condition. You also have to alternate between several models to avoid injuries to the foot so that it does not always walk using the same type of last.


Varying the type of footwear will also help prevent the foot from becoming accustomed to a single model and will prevent it from suffering once it is faced with another model. Special message for mothers and teenage daughters: Physiotherapists also indicate that the height of the heel should not exceed the ccm cm and that, in the case of using platforms, opt for those that offer cushioning and a height with respect to the heel that does not exceed three centimeters.

Beware of high heels

Podiatrists warn that it can lead to hip problems because the effort to lift the foot at the time of walking increases excessively.
