The X Edition of the Right Pie Awards: For a better world It has been a success! In this edition we have looked for extraordinary people who without wanting to be heroes contribute with their actions to make this world more supportive and generous. The objective of the Right Foot Awards is that the winners stop being anonymous people so that everyone recognizes their work.

The jury of outstanding personalities has chosen "the stories they have felt closest to". The awards were presented by Fernando Romay, Teresa Perales, Vanesa Martín, Enrique Ordieres (president of Cinfa), Rosa María Calaf and Morat. The musical note was put by Vanesa Martín playing two of her big numbers 1: "Complicity" and "Without knowing why". Morat did the same with "How much it hurts" and How you dare to come back. "


These are the prizes awarded in the X Edition of the Right Foot Awards

Juegaterapia Foundation. It has made it possible for children admitted to the pediatric oncology facility to travel to the Moon or distant planets from their hospital room. The foundation has converted two hospital rooms into lunar stations * those designed to house children with long-term treatment and special isolation needs.

Association "Comet stele".This association organizes field trips with kids from homes of minors of the Community of Madrid. Enjoy a normal day * of * countryside, conviviality and fun.


María, one of the girls of the association, has her home as * a home for the kids that need it, it gives them stability, support on a daily basis, teaches them to * learn to live as a family and helps them learn what basic so that then each one can realize their life and fulfill their dreams.

Xabier Luna. He dreamed of being an older firefighter and he got it. Amateur audiovisual, he has recorded several shorts and documentaries especially linked to social causes such as the distribution of food in the Sahara or attention to refugees in Chios. As a result of his work in Greece and the impact caused by this situation he took his bike and camera and spent two months traveling the 4,000 kilometers that separate Athens from Stockholm: the same route that the refugees take in order to make their stories known and raise money to continue helping them.

Javier Mur. He is a primary school teacher and last year one of his students became ill with cancer. When he was 9 years old, he was diagnosed with a lymphoma that would make him lose a whole course, but his companions did not want this to happen. When they told them that the child would lose the course they decided to record the lessons every day: the lessons were prepared, they recorded them on video and then, Guillén, * that is the name of the child, could study at home or at the Hospital while I was taking chemo-therapy. The idea was from his teacher, Javier Mur.


Lolita, Mari Luz and Marichu. These three women started traveling to Lourdes from Madrid. They dealt with children with mobility problems who had never seen the sea, so they decided to take three of these children on summer vacation. This became a tradition because since then, and they have been doing so for 25 years, they accompany young people with difficulties to enjoy their holidays. Their children, grandchildren and friends are already part of this initiative in which every year there are more committed people.

Sandra and Miriam Borrás.They are two sisters who are creating a school and an orphanage for the needy children of Kenya. They are spending all their savings so that the kids have everything they need. In a while they will return to Kenya to take materials and they will stay there to help set up the facilities and take care of these children.

Both the winners and the deliverers highlighted the importance of the Right Foot Awards organized by CADENA 100 because "they serve to make people in the street known, to anonymous individuals who surprise us for their courage, their courage and their willingness to make a living from those around them a little easier.
