5 keys to fulfill your purposes
Do you fulfill what you propose? Getting ahead and fulfilling your purposes is a task that requires a lot of self. To achieve what you have always wanted, it is not enough to act correctly and take the necessary steps, it also requires a change of mentality, self-esteem and willpower.
The keys to success they have been studied by historians and anthropologists, psychologists and people interested in personal development who have looked for what makes some people more easily achieve what they want, if it has to do with some personality trait or taking actions that lead to good results or to failure in your purposes.

The 5 keys to achieve your purposes
1. Determine the objective: what do I want?
It is important to be very clear about what I want, because that is going to make me take the decisions and actions necessary to achieve it.
It is a fact that our brain spends a lot of energy in everyday and ordinary and that the day to day envelops us in such a way that sometimes passes the time almost without realizing it without us really focus on what we want.
We waste time sometimes with television, the computer, social networks and especially with thoughts of things that have already happened or that we are worried about.
Write in a notebook what are those things you've always wanted, because when you write them they become more aware, more present and available and visible so that daily life does not make them disappear from our mind and goals.
2. Work self-esteem
To have a good self-esteem is to feel confidently fit for life, worthy of love, respect and all the good things in life, that is, able to get what I want.
If the person does not feel enough or worthy, it is very difficult for him to perform the actions he needs to achieve what he has always wanted. She will feel ashamed or undeserving to access a certain job, or to go out with that someone she likes and it is very possible that she is not accessible or even close because she does not feel safe to have a pleasant conversation.
There is a thousand ways to sabotage yourself to get what you want because you are too big, inaccessible, or do not believe that something like this can happen to you because you do not feel valuable.
The most important work to achieve what you want is to love yourself in such a way that you are your best support and ally, that your love makes you feel the confidence to go in search of what you want because you know that whatever happens, you have to yourself, and it will be your hand that will help you feel confidence and get up when things do not go right the first time.
3. Control your thoughts
To get good results you need to have positive and constructive thoughts and get rid of all the limiting thoughts you have regarding what you want to achieve.
Since we are born, we store a lot of ideas about ourselves and about life in our subconscious, which sometimes help us and others limit us and destroy the possibility of walking towards what we long for. The latest scientific research shows that the subconscious have a 95% influence on our behavior over the 5% influence that my conscious part has.
So a very important and necessary part to get what you want is
write and realize what are the limiting beliefs you have with respect to getting or living what you want. Identify the limiting beliefs you have to achieve your goals and then question them and make the decision to abandon those that are not constructive.
Look at that goal that you wrote that makes you happy, think about it, that you already have it and see if any resistance, fear or negative belief arises, the moment you become aware of it, you can do something to change it.
4. Design an action plan and put it into action
Once you know what it is that you crave and what you want to achieve, when you have realized the limiting beliefs that have been sabotaging you and you love yourself enough to feel that you deserve it, it is necessary, in most cases, to put an action plan to achieve it.
It's time to see what things I have to do to achieve it and DO IT. It is not worth dreaming how nice it would be to get that job that I like and then not train for it, or not go to interviews, make contacts or do everything necessary to have it. Do not expect to come from outside you have to do everything possible.
For this, it can work to create an action plan in which I will put what I will do every day during the next two months to get it.
5.Trust what you want and join it to an emotion
The latest studies in quantum physics show that to achieve a result in the material world we need, on the one hand, to have focused thinking about what we want to achieve for a long time (that time is variable) and to unite it with a high emotion like love and gratitude or happiness and also feel as if you had already achieved your goal, ie see and feel every day as if what I want already had in the present.
After doing this every day, I must trust and not doubt it.
For example, if I want to be happy, I must connect within myself with happiness and evoke it and make and live with that intention and attitude throughout the day as if it were already happy because our body and our mind do not distinguish reality and fiction, and because You are creating that reality as if it were happening.
