5. Brain buttons. Place one hand on the navel and with the other hand draw 'imaginary buttons' at the junction of the clavicle with the sternum (as toward the chest), making circular movements clockwise.

With the realization of this exercise you stimulate the view and improve the bilateral coordination.

6. Energetic yawning. Place your fingertips on your cheeks, simulate a yawn and press with your fingers.

7. Earth buttons. It is done by placing two fingers under the lower lip, while leaving the other hand below the navel and breathing several times.

8. Thought hat. It consists of putting the hands in the ears and trying to "remove wrinkles" starting from the ear canal out.
