Types of skin, what is yours?
We all know that it is important that we take care of ourselves, but also that we take care of our skin. For this it is very important to be clear about what type of skin We have so that we can apply the right products and yet many women are unaware of the type of skin they have.
To begin with, we must be clear that there are mainly three or four skin types, (discounting pathologies or dermatological complications). There are dry skins, normal skins, mixed skins and oily skins and based on this classification, the vast majority, if not all, of the cosmetic firms of the market are focused.
Also keep in mind, depending on the season we are, our skin can vary from one type to another. For example, normal skin can be a dry skin in summer or a mixed skin may be times of the year or depending on the food that is being followed, it may be drier or more fat.
Characteristics of each type of skin
Normal skin It is a very resistant skin. You can apply any product, it is unalterable. Nor does it suffer from sudden changes in temperature.
Dry Skin.It is characterized as a skin that produces a feeling of tightness. Normally the person who has dry skin, if you do not use a suitable product, may have the feeling that you need to apply product several times a day and the makeup or concealer will be cracked.
People from 35 to 40 years old usually start to have dry skin and need hydration reinforcements with night masks, or moisture regenerating products.
Mixed skin. This type of skin, along with the dry, are the most common. They are characterized mainly by showing, on the one hand, a part of the face with more fat (appearance of brightness in the area "T" ** throughout the day) and area also prone to the appearance of granites; and on the other hand, tightness on the outside of the face.
** The "T" zone is the central part of the forehead, nose and chin.
Oily skin.It is characterized for being a skin that shines a lot and that often it is necessary to clean or remove excess shine several times throughout the day.
In this case it is important to also take care of the food and properly clean the skin morning and night. They are also recommended exfoliating treatments and specific masks for oily skin that what they do is to "dry out" those granites and remove excess glitter.
With these basic notions, you are already in a position to know what kind of product you can apply and what to ask when going to an aesthetic or cosmetic counter.
