This service aims to cover the needs of people who have little time, but who are very demanding and want quality. The mom shoppers they guarantee that the product is fresh, that the cold chain is not broken and that the purchase is made one hour before delivering it at home. The prices paid by the customer for each item are the same as in the store and can benefit from both offers and promotions. The customer must only pay additionally the cost of shipping costs that are 5.90 euros.


How this shopping service works

This multi-store market is not competitive with stores or department stores. On the contrary, it has all the stores as allies since the mom shoppers they buy, by choice of the customer, both in the neighborhood stores, fishmongers, greengrocers ... and in large supermarket chains such as Día or Caprabo, with whom they have agreements, for the time being, in Barcelona.

Since Deliberry was launched in May, it already has 30,000 visits per month, 1,000 purchases have been made and 48 percent of users have repeated the experience. This company also works with the Red Cross and Cáritas for their selection of personnel. Both associations send women or long-term unemployed to have the opportunity to enter the labor market.
