7 feeding tips from AEP pediatricians

7 tips for good infant nutrition

1. Sign up for the Mediterranean diet. The basic principles of the Mediterranean diet we have very well rooted in our culture. They are based on giving priority to the diet of vegetables, which include fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals such as bread, pasta, rice, and more poultry and fish meat than red meat.


2. Always have breakfast before going to class.
