Games to have a great time with the children in the pool
Holidays! We are in the time of rest and, also, of proast it big. There are many games to have fun on the beach and in the pool, do you know them? Always keeping safety measures to avoid the dreaded drowning, you can have a great time with your children or nephews at this time of year.
If you opt for the pool or the water park during this summer, you must know that there are a multitude of games that can help you have a great time. Of course, provided they are practiced with responsibility: we must avoid the "burrerías" that could end up being a risk for the children. We give you some ideas to have fun in the pool!
Pool games with ball
The inflatable ball is one of the "must haves" for the days in the pool, because with it you can play a multitude of fun and different games. We tell you some:
Goals: Four positions are chosen to throw (it can be from the back, from the side, farther or closer, with the left hand, etc). The players throw a ball and try to strain it between the arms of the ladder without leaving the pool. Whoever gets it wins 1 point. The one with the most points after the 4 rounds wins.
Diana with churros: the churros, besides being good objects to float, serve to play. 3 or 4 churros are placed near the edge of the pool as if it were a target. You have to throw a ball and put it between the churros without leaving the pool.
1 x 2: we are a group of people (minimum two) and consists of throwing the ball from one to another. The one who takes the ball says "one", the next "X" and, the next, "two", in this order. The one to whom all saying "two" should try to hit with the ball (without hurting) one of the opponents, who must prevent the ball from touching them, or catch it in the air.
Chase games for the pool
Marco Polo. To play better in areas that do not cover. A player plays Marco and blindfolds. The other players have to shout "Polo!" The one who plays Marco has to catch one of those who shout "Polo" and guess who he is. If it does, the papers are exchanged.
Treasure hunt. A person can take care of hiding objects by the pool and the rest must find them in the shortest possible time. When the time is up (each family can put theirs), the one with the most objects wins.
All for ... A variable of the treasure hunt is this. Several objects are thrown (better than floating) into the pool, and all players are placed in a corner. Then a "judge" says "all a by ..." and decides what object he wants everyone to take (a float, a mattress, the ball ...) in such a way that the one who takes it before wins.
Races in the pool
Of course, the pool is a place where you can practice sports (swimming, mainly) while having fun. We propose you to do careers, depending on the age of your children you can:
Short run: Cross the length of the pool in the shortest possible time.
Average career: do two long, round trip.
Long race: depending on the age of the participants, it is decided how long the race should be: 10 long, or only five, and so on.
Relay race: teams are made and with a ball or a chancla (any object) a relay race is done in the water.
Other games in the children's pool
Tunnel: One person stands in the water with his legs spread, and the other must to pass under. The more people are standing, more fun, it will be like going through a tunnel.
Jumping contest: one at a time, each participant he throws himself into the pool in the funniest way I imagine ... and a jury (parents, for example) decide who has been the most original.
Float launch: Who is capable of throwing the float (or any object that floats) farther than your friends? It can be played from inside or outside the pool, and is thrown into the water.
