Styling after 40 years

The 40 years is a good age to stop and take a look at our stylistic life, and not because, suddenly, everything has changed overnight only for the fact of having reached such a fateful figure. Probably, the metamorphosis has begun to occur years before and we need a change of look.

We start from the idea that after a few pregnancies, some anxiety, various ailments, the gravity that attracts everything to itself or the simple passage of time, bodies are no longer what they were. The 40 can be a nice turning point in our life to get to the idea that nothing will ever be the same again.

Learning to dress according to age

Some fashion trends are very appropriate for these ages. But, do we still think that the loose or long is "mother"? ... But, if you're a mother !! ... Maybe we're still committed to the "attractive" easy to teach? ... Be it that is, we have not just found the philosopher's stone in a stylistic panorama dominated by youth.

Styling tips for the forties

1. Biquinis. After the microbiquinis that we have come to wear, the entire swimsuit has been erected as the only proposal you saw, admits more design and, therefore, greater ability to distinguish us from the others. Moreover, although the beaches have delighted us one more year with the already classic loose panties that let the buttocks appear, the most rabid current trend has been the swimsuits with low leg and retro air, much more appropriate than the nothing-aesthetic high leg swimsuits that its only merit is that they extend the leg to the detriment of the buttocks.

2. The upper squeezes. The tight shirts so many years present in our closet may have been the most helpful, but have been since last year completely out. The danger of these t-shirts is that they perfectly round the shape of the chest, and they also bear witness both to the floaters on the back and the fearsome sub-omoplastic chicha.
Styling tips: they continue making furor the type blouses top, loose and neck to the box or rather tall. The point also stops being tight to use wider sweaters. Dresses oversize, Tunic type, they can also be good allies.

3. Non-sleeves. It is not necessary to have plump arms, with 40 years you have to cover them, even slightly. The sleeves fallen and boat have been able to facilitate this task without going heated or excessively covered.
Styling tips: Although in the cold months we do not usually have that problem, take advantage of the glamor that can give you a wide, Japanese or bat sleeve instead of a tight knit sleeve.

4. The miniskirts. The miniskirt supposes the stylistic suicide of many ladies.
Styling tips: skirts to the knee, both tube and flight, look and make more stylish. The long skirt hippy, perfectly compatible with age (but eye, not gut) is also an option.

5. The tight pants they are completely inadequate by definition.
Styling tips: the legging and substitutes are still lurking, but live in perfect harmony with wide pants, with something pincer, more tight at the ankle, no doubt more appropriate.
