5 tips to adapt to the return to school

The holidays are over, and the parents already consider the best way to adapt our children to the early mornings, schedules and routines that suppose the beginning of the school year. Just like adults, children can suffer a psychic slump after the holidays. For this reason, we must transmit the enthusiasm and excitement to motivate them in the September routine without fear or anxiety.

Going back to school, like to work, is not easy. Some children even suffer some important disorders at thephysical and in your mood. They will be able to present gut pain, vomiting and headache caused by the resistance they exert to return to school.

Five good habits for going back to school

To avoid the discomfort of children, we should not even get scared for no reason, we suggest 5 tips to adapt to the return to school, which you can incorporate into the routine of the children prior to the start of the course, about two weeks before the start of this, to help them in this change:

1. Gradually incorporate school schedules. It will help them to be rested and energized when they get up. Do it even on weekends for a better return to school.

2.Breakfast well and together. The breakfast provides the necessary energy that the child needs to face the school day. If it is not appropriate or the child does not eat breakfast, you may feel downcast, downcast and not concentrate well. Therefore, we must take care that the food is complete to start the day in the best way and with enthusiasm.

3. Make the trip to school from time to time, especially in the first years. It will help them to get in touch with the building, so that it does not look so big and discover small treasures along the way, like that ice cream shop that will go with dad when he leaves the first day of school.

4.Prepare the school supplies with them and avoid buying everything again. If you have material that still serves, such as pencils, markers, cases, backpacks * do not buy new ones just because. You will be teaching them that at home they recycle and enjoy the things that have accompanied us for so long.

5. Make a review of what you learned the previous year and the friends you met. This will remind you of the positive things of the past course. Take the opportunity to encourage them to set new challenges this year: meet more nice children, enjoy more with the addition and subtraction or start playing tennis. Who does not like challenges?
