If you have a piercing or a tattoo, think twice before wearing it in a job interview

"The image in my company counts a lot, I know for a fact that if I had done the interviews with the earring in my nose, I would never have gone beyond the first", says Elisa, who has worked for five years in a leading consultancy.
The young woman is just one example of the general opinion we have in Spain. According to a survey carried out by Trabajando.com to more than 2500 people, 90% of them agree that the use of accessories such as piercing or tattoos can have a negative influence when it comes to entering the working world. In fact, according to the same survey, only 13% of Spaniards believe that the image is not important at the time of an interview.
