Proposal to advance the Selectivity from September to July
The Bachillerato ends, the university is close, but before entering these centers of higher education you have to overcome one last obstacle. The Selectivity is the last test that students who want to pursue a career have to win to access the training that will designate their professional future. Usually these exams are done before the summer.
However, sometimes, due to not having successfully passed all the subjects of Bachillerato or having failed the first time they took part in these tests, some students must submit to the extraordinary call for applications. Selectivity. Exams that are scheduled for September, however this could be changed by proposals such as the one made by the Ministry of Education of the Xunta de Galicia which suggests advancing these tests to July.
Proposal for 2019
The proposal for this advance of the evidence would be sent to the course 2018-2019 and it would not be until the summer of this last year when it came into force. From the Department of Education understand that it is a sudden change, so this body intends to take the necessary time not to act against the students and make this alteration in the best way possible for all.
This time also aims to reach the maximum possible consensus, not only between the educational administration and the students. The Ministry also wants to adapt this change to the educational framework they are carrying out since State and to follow as far as possible the agreements reached in these negotiations. In any case, the talks to introduce these novelties would begin in September.
If this proposal is successful, the tests Baccalaureate recovery they would also suffer a change in order to adapt to this new calendar. For students to access this extraordinary call, they should have already obtained the necessary approvals before July.

- Read the questions well. The agenda that a student must study is very broad and confusions are possible. To avoid answering what you do not touch, better give yourself one more minute to read the statement well and answer correctly.
- Tranquility. Nerves are never good and can block the mind by making what you know not remember. Parents should avoid the student's burdens as much as possible, for this the afternoon before the exam can try to distract them by taking a walk with them or doing an activity that evades them.
