Types of cloth diapers

The Cloth diapers they are becoming more fashionable A perfect option if you want to take care of the environment while saving money on baby products. Do you know them? We tell you lthe main types of cloth diapers that exist, because they are not all the same and each one is better or worse depending on what the family is looking for.

Beyond the pros and cons of cloth diapers that, like everything, they have them, there are many different types, although all are similar in the basics. Cloth diapers are composed of a fabric absorbent for urine and a waterproof layer on the outside that prevents moisture from passing to the baby's clothes. Also, you can insert a thin disposable piece of paper (the lining) that helps you pick up the cakes.

Cloth diapers, their main types

Towel diapers. It is the most absorbent type of cloth diaper, although it is also true that it is more voluminous. With the washing and drying it softens, and you guarantee that it does not shrink.

Flannel diapers. Soft and comfortable, the truth is that they are the most used type of cloth diaper.

Folded diaper. This type of diaper has several layers of fabric in the center in order to increase its absorbency. They are quite quick to place, although they also take longer to dry.

Flat diaper This diaper is composed of a large rectangular piece of fabric that folds into several layers. It is the most economical, but also the one that needs more time to register. Likewise, it also requires a clamping system.

Diaper with shape. It is one of the cloth diapers that best fits the baby's body, because its shape is similar to the silhouette of the hourglass. Of course, you also need a clamping system.

Adjusted diaper. This type of diaper is similar to disposable ones: it has a panty and elastic shape on the legs and waist, as well as a velcro closure or hooks.

All in one. It is very similar to the previous one, but it incorporates a cover sewn to the diaper that closes, also, with velcro or buttons. Although there are several sizes, it is also true that it costs more to dry when cleaned.

Cobertor All cloth diapers need a cover so that moisture does not reach the baby's clothes (although some, like the previous one, include it). If they do not stain they can be cleaned every three or four uses.

Refillable diaper. The cover (also called absorbent) is put in an inside pocket at the time of placing the baby's diaper. It is easy to put on and dries easily.
