1. Try to leave all your work tasks closed or on track to avoid worries during the holidays.

2. Choose a place that inspires peace and tranquility: a beautiful beach or a mountain place in the destination you have chosen. Enjoy the landscape that you have around you, to breathe fresh air, to be in contact with nature.

3. Give yourself the pleasure of choosing a good book to accompany your days of rest and enjoy the pleasure of reading. It is also a good time to discover new movies, series and songs.

4. Rest and sleep without worries, and do not forget the summer nap.


5. Go for a walk alone or in company. On the beach, the walks by the sea are especially relaxing and good for activating the circulatory system.

6. Take advantage of this period to enjoy a good conversation with the family, with your partner and with friends, cultivate a sense of humor and do not get upset by banalities.

7. Take your time in the tasks you do and leaves aside the rush of day to day.

8. If you have children, let yourself be carried away with their games and try to think how they do, you will discover how creative they can be.
