Happy childhood without stress, productive future

What you do today will affect you tomorrow. That child with parents who bet on an active lifestyle, will have fewer health problems in the future, the child who has a healthy diet will avoid overweight and all the ills related to them. And children with a happy childhood and without stress they will present greater productivity in their future work.

This is determined by an investigation carried out by the University of Tasmania where it is reflected how a childhood without fright has very positive repercussions in the field of employment. A call to all parents to take care of in the environment where children develop.

Prolonged stress

This study is born from the follow-up of several individuals throughout 25 years. All participants were in 1985 when they were children and had to answer questions about their situation at home in terms of stress, feelings at school and economic level of the family. Over the years they had to answer the same questionnaire again to see the evolution.

In the long run, it was demonstrated that those children who during their childhood presented greater stress, showed greater anxiety in their work position when reaching the adulthood. The researchers pointed out that this is due to prolonged stress over the years and that it is difficult to shake off once the maturity of the children reaches maturity.

This stress was not only related to the family environment. Those children who were victims during their childhood proved less efficient in their jobs, something that was also related to anxiety and the lower ability to develop in a social environment by these children. A wake-up call for parents and educators when it comes to caring for the environment where children develop.

This research also showed that the environment that fosters a healthy lifestyle also responded to a more productive work future. Those responsible for the study noted that exercise has been shown to be an effective way to combat stress and anxiety. That is why they also encourage parents to foment these practices at home.

Fight stress

From home you can help fight the stress of various forms. These are some tips with which to keep it away:

- Practice exercise. Many hours are spent in front of the screen and enclosed between four walls. A little exercise helps to tire, get away and take a little air in the street. Choose a practice that can be done as a family and for it.

- Find a hobby. The kitchen, making puzzles, assembling models. There are several options, and all of them contribute to evading the mind and keeping calm while the activity lasts. Find one that everyone likes and put it in motion.

- A shower at the end of the day. If at the end of the day you feel that the stress is too great, a shower can help reduce anxiety levels. Perfect for the toughest days.

- Take care of what you eat. If already one day can be stressful, add a heavy digestion can only make things worse. Taking care of what is put on the table will help to feel more relaxed.

- Converse in family. Another way to escape is to talk with loved ones, from a talk about what happened in the day to a conversation about possible holiday destinations.
