Teach children to eat
Teaching to eat is also an important part of the education of our children: not only because of their physical development, but also because we can educate their will, exercise that they are obedient and grow with a strong character. When children do not want to eat, they get up from the table many times throughout the meal, they get distracted by anything ... it is convenient to take measures and teach the children to eat.
The time of the meal, which should serve to spend time with family and talk together, can become a nightmare when children behave inadequately, do not show respect for the food they will receive, play with cutlery or they do not follow a topic of conversation at the table with their parents
The attitude of parents at the table
In the first place, the attitude of the parents in front of the "meal moment" is very important: the children observe us continuously, and if they see that we are nervous or in a state of anxiety, in many occasions they can take advantage of that situation. Therefore, we must be calm and also think that if one day the child goes to bed without, it is not a drama.
A laps with food: 'I do not like'
Another important issue is that of desires. Some children have a hard time eating certain foods, such as vegetables, fish or vegetables. And parents can fall into the temptation to not fight with them, not serve them. Besides that for their good physical development, the little ones have to eat well of everything, this will also help them in their emotional development.
The parents in those cases we will have to resort to mischief and try to eat everything with arguments such as: "Do you know why Spiderman is so strong? Eat lots of vegetables!".
It is also important that we are aware that they are children, and that the amounts we put on the plate should be adequate. Although it may seem obvious, sometimes we ask for efforts that you are not able to take on.
Finally, we should also look at whether the child suffers from any food intolerance. If you have a hard time drinking yogurt, and vomiting it several times, it may be due to an intolerance and not to a tantrum and it will be good to consult with the pediatrician.
